All Legendary“RJ Earns Lasting Customer Praise”
While RJ was on PTO, I covered 12 of his stops so he would not fall behind. More than 80% of the customers shared how much they missed seeing RJ and praised the quality of his service. His devices were well maintained, his quality assurance has grown significantly in only eight months, and he consistently goes above and beyond to care for customers. RJ has made a lasting positive impression on the people he serves.

Who can nominate or be nominated?
Sprague team members can recognize fellow team members whose actions, contributions or impact deserve to be celebrated. You can recognize someone you work with directly or someone elsewhere at Sprague who made a difference.
Can I recognize more than one person or a team?
Yes. Recognition submissions can include multiple people or a team when the story reflects a shared contribution.
Can someone be recognized more than once?
Yes. Great work doesn’t have a one-time limit. Team members can be recognized more than once when there are new contributions or stories worth celebrating.
What should I include in a nomination?
Tell us what happened, what the person or team did and why it mattered. Specific examples help bring the story to life. You don’t need to make it perfect — focus on the story and why you think it deserves recognition.
What happens after I submit a nomination?
Your nomination will be reviewed for inclusion in Sprague’s recognition communications and the Legends Library. We may make light edits for clarity or reach out if we need additional information before sharing the story.
How is the Legend of the Month selected?
Each month, submitted recognitions are reviewed to identify stories that especially reflect Sprague’s principles and demonstrate a meaningful impact on fellow team members, customers or the company. More than one team member may be selected.
Every recognition matters, whether or not it is selected as a Legend of the Month.
When are new recognition stories published?
New recognition stories are typically added to the Legends Library monthly, around the timing of All the Buzz.
Where can I see previous recognitions?
Use the Legends Library to browse published recognition stories by month, or select View All Recognitions to explore previous stories.
